Eid Milad brings peace and happiness for the Muslims. On Milad un Nabi morning there came a smile and joy in every Muslims’s face. But Ahle Hadees says that we should not celebrate this day because Islam doesn’t allow us for celebrations. They say that Sahaba did not celebrate Milad un Nabi so why we should celebrate Mawlid al Nabi?. The use of word Eid is prohibited for Eid Milad un Nabi because there are only two Eid’s in Islam. Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha. If there is a third Eid, then why not prayer?. Now we come to the answer that considers this sacred day Eid is prohibited. There is also an information of Eid besides the Eid ul Fitr and Eid ul Adha in The Quran because the meaning of Eid is happiness and for the Muslims what happiness (EID) can be higher than The Prophet (SAW) birthday?.

Hazrat Esa (A.S) prayers are written in these words in The Quran, “Our Lord, send down the bounties of blessings upon us from heaven so that it may be considered as Eid for us and it became a sign from You and you are the best provider”.
